Your Coordination Timeline
Initial Request & Review
Timeframe: 1-2 days. Submit your available health history. Our team will verify your documentation, evaluate eligibility and outline expected service fees upfront before proceeding. If you decide to continue, we will prepare your case for multiple independent clinics review.
Independent Clinical File Matching
Timeframe: 1-2 business days. We transmit your records securely to authorized Japanese medical institutions within our partner network. If a clinic is ready to review your case, we move forward with scheduling a consultation. If no clinic is available, we will inform you and discuss alternative options.
Virtual Specialist Consultation
Timeframe: within a week from clinic acceptance. We arrange a video consultation suitable for your schedule. A medical interpretation service is coordinated for your session. You will receive an administrative summary detailing the specialist's initial guidance and proposed follow-up steps.
Medical Travel Coordination
Timeframe: 1 to 3 weeks. If you decide to proceed with an in-person visit, we manage your practical travel arrangements. Our office assists with required documentation and travel logistics. You will be provided with a detailed itinerary, including clinic appointments, accommodation guidance, and on-site language support if needed.
On-Site Clinic Visit
Timeframe: 1-2 weeks per trip (in case of multiple trips) OR 5โ6 weeks total. Attend ~daily outpatient visits lasting 1 to 3 hours each, accompanied by a dedicated language coordinator (if necessary). Patients may choose between making 2-3 trips separated by brief breaks, or a single extended stay in Japan. Final appointment durations are determined by your needs and your attending medical team.
Submit Case for Review
Clinics generally require an online appointment before reviewing a case. We coordinate an available video consultation time after the clinic confirms it can review your request.
