Your Coordination and Treatment Timeline
Initial Request & Assessment
Timeframe: 1-2 days. Our team will review, translate, and prepare your records for clinic review. Before clinics review your case, we will contact you to discuss treatment options and the estimated costs. Our coordination services are free for patients, but treatment costs depend on the specifics of each case.
Assessment & Document Preparation
Timeframe: 1-2 business days. We securely transmit your health records to authorized Japanese medical institutions in our partner network. If a clinic is ready to accept your case, we move on to planning a video consultation with the doctor.
Virtual Specialist Consultation
Timeframe: within a week after clinic acceptance. We arrange a video consultation at a time that suits your schedule. Medical interpretation is provided for the session. You will receive a summary outlining the specialist's recommendations, the proposed next steps, and a detailed treatment plan.
Travel Coordination to Japan
Timeframe: 1-2 weeks. If you decide to proceed with treatment at the clinic, we arrange the practical parts of your trip. Our office helps with the required documents and travel logistics, from confirming dates to arranging accommodation.
Clinic Visit in Japan
Treatment plans typically include daily outpatient visits lasting 1 to 3 hours. Patients may choose between 2-3 trips with short breaks in between or one extended stay of 4-6 weeks. The final duration is determined by the treating medical team. If needed, we can also arrange on-site accompaniment.
Submit Case for Review
Clinics generally require an online appointment before reviewing a case. We coordinate an available video consultation time after the clinic confirms it can review your request.
